Registration FAQ
I have not received a registration email
- Make sure you have entered a valid and up-to-date email address when registering. If you made a mistake when providing the email address, try to register again by entering a valid email.
- Check your mailbox Spam folder for the registration confirmation email.
- Check if there is a limit on the number of emails stored in the mailbox.
- The email may arrive late (due to mail servers overloads, or technical problems with the recipient's provider). The waiting time can be up to 1 hour.
- If the activation link email has not arrived within an hour after registration, and you have followed all the steps described here, please contact our support via telegram @OctoBrowser_support_bot.
When I click on the Activate button in the registration confirmation email I am redirected to a page displaying Access Denied notification.
Disconnect TOR connection and confirm registration once again.
