Registration FAQ

Not receiving email

  • Make sure you have entered a valid email address when registering. If you made a mistake in the name of the mail, then try to register again by entering the correct mail.
  • Check SPAM in your mailbox for registration confirmation email.
  • Check if there is a limit on the number of letters stored in the mailbox.
  • The letter may arrive late (due to the loading of mail servers or technical problems with the recipient's provider), the waiting time can be up to 1 hour.
  • If the letter with the activation link did not arrive within an hour after registration, but you did everything right, contact support via telegram @OctoBrowser_support_bot

By clicking on the button activate from the registration confirmation email when you go to the page - Access Denied

Disconnect TOR connection and confirm registration again.
