Replenishment of the balance occurs after creating an account in the account settings directly in the Octo Browser client itself.

Payment is accepted only in automatic mode, we do not accept payments directly to the account. If someone offered you to replenish the balance by transferring to your account, you risk losing your funds.

  • Any of the available currencies and methods are accepted automatically on the page for generating and paying an invoice in the browser client.
  • All current payment methods are available in the client's application in the settings section when replenishing the balance.
  • When paying with Crypto, the service commission is not charged, the rate is provided in real time by the payment platform.
  • When paying by other methods, the commission is charged by payment platforms and depends on the eur / usd exchange rate.

Choose the best method based on the available and possible for you. Check the amount before paying, the paid invoice is your agreement with the established rates of payment platforms.

In order to top up your balance, go to "Settings" of Octo Browser and click "Buy tokens".

Next, choose a convenient payment method and create a payment link.

The minimum deposit amount is 10 tokens. Tokens are kept on the balance sheet until they are used (indefinitely).

An account for payment can be used only 1 time, each time before paying, create a new account. You can't pay for the old details.

On the payment page, we recommend choosing any of the available methods, the commission for which will be minimal (currently Litecoin LTC). Transfers are accepted from any wallets (personal, exchanges, exchangers) except for smart contracts. Available currencies for replenishment: BTC, USDT ERC-20, ETH, LTC, USDT TRC-20.

When transferring from exchanges, pay attention to the final withdrawal amount. Sometimes, when entering the amount, the exchanges deduct the commission, in which case you need to add it to the final amount so that the amount comes exactly as billed for payment. Choose classic networks to send these currencies when transferring from exchanges (we do not accept transfers from Binance Smart Chain - BEP20 and BEP2 networks).

If you have any questions and doubts, contact those support so as not to lose your funds during the transfer.

Create an invoice immediately before sending. When sending from personal wallets, take into account and set an adequate commission so that the transfer takes place within the allotted time (the generated invoice is valid for 60 minutes) in automatic mode, and the transaction does not freeze (for example, due to a low commission when sending). The transaction time depends on the network load and the amount of the commission you have set.

Transfer exactly the amount that is indicated in the invoice. If the transfer amount is significantly different, the payment will be processed manually. Tokens are credited to the balance without fractional parts and rounding.

If the transaction has time to appear on the network (even unprocessed) within 60 minutes, then after receiving the required number of confirmations (each currency has its own), the tokens will automatically be credited to your account balance. In other cases, transactions are processed manually, and can be recalculated at the current rate at the discretion of support.

Your balance can only be topped up after the transaction is confirmed online.

Copy the wallet to which you sent the required replenishment amount, and paste in the search bar of the corresponding browser:

Transfer the exact amount, tokens are credited to the balance without fractional parts and rounding.

Beware of fakes! Follow the links at the bottom of the page, or follow the "Support" link in the Octo Browser client itself.

Payment statuses

  • Pending - the payment is being processed. Tokens will be credited to the balance automatically if the payment is confirmed within the allotted 60 minutes
  • Underpayment - the amount received is less than the amount billed for payment.
  • Overpayment - the amount received is greater than the amount billed for payment.
  • Multiple Payments – multiple payments received using the same payment link.
  • Late payment - the payment was made later than the time allotted for processing.
  • No payment – ​​payment has not been received: a) the payment was sent to an unsupported network b) the receipt wallet is incorrect
  • Completed – the payment has been processed, the tokens are credited to the balance automatically. Refresh the Octo Browser settings window and check the balance.

Payment not credited automatically

If the tokens were not automatically credited to the balance during replenishment, then copy the link from Octo Browser on which you made the payment (https://commerce.coinbase.com/charges/order_code), or copy the Order Code from the payment link and write to support Octo Browser. Our experts will check your payment and add tokens manually to your balance.

If you sent funds to another network (for example, BEP20 or BEP2) - we will not be able to find your payment, since we only support classic networks.

Choice of exchange offices

When choosing an exchanger, pay attention to the icons and features of each exchanger. Try not to choose manual exchangers with negative reviews. Choose an exchanger, the minimum amount of exchanges in which is less than the amount of the generated invoice for payment.

Be careful when copying wallets and sending funds, do not make mistakes. When replenishing through exchangers, enter up-to-date data by which you can contact the technical support of the exchanger or the bestchange platform in case of any questions.

To make an exchange, you need to specify the number of tokens that you want to purchase in Octo Browser and generate a link to pay using the "Crypto" method. Next, open the generated link and select the cryptocurrency you need. Copy the wallet and the amount to receive the exchange. Go to the exchanger https://www.bestchange.com/, enter the currency you want to change and the coin you want to receive. Choose a suitable exchanger and follow the link to this resource.

In the data of the recipient of the exchange, specify the wallet and the amount from the Octo Browser link. Be sure to check the wallet address and the amount indicated by the link and copied to the exchanger.

Exchange process

Payment by card

Payment by card is carried out automatically from the Octo Browser client, through the Stripe.com payment infrastructure. Supported payment systems: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, UnionPay, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB. The payment system commission is 3% + 30 cents for each payment.

To top up your Octo Browser balance using a card, you need to go to the "Settings" of the Octo Browser client, click "Buy tokens" and select the Card payment method.

Payment by card

A payment link will be generated for you, which is valid for 60 minutes. Follow the link from Octo Browser, enter payment details to complete the payment and click "Pay".

Stripe

Please note that the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard stopped servicing Russian cards from March 10, 2022. Russian bank cards issued by these systems are no longer accepted for payment abroad and in foreign online services.

QIWI payment

Payment through the QIWI electronic wallet is carried out automatically from the Octo Browser client, through the Oplata.to payment service. To top up your Octo Browser balance using QIWI, you need to go to "Settings" of the Octo Browser client, click "Buy tokens" and select the QIWI payment method.

Qiwi Payment

A payment link will be generated for you, which is valid for 60 minutes. Follow the link from Octo Browser, log in to your QIWI account and click "Continue". The payment amount is calculated at the rate of the QIWI payment system + service fee for the payment.

Payment via Capitalist

Direct integration of payment via Capitalist into Octo Browser is not yet supported. If you have a Capitalist card, you can select the "Card payment" method in Octo Browser and enter it in the appropriate fields. If this option does not work for you, you can pay with cryptocurrency directly from the Capitalist account by copying the wallet and the amount to send the payment using the link received in the "Crypto" payment method (BTC, ETH or USDT ERC-20).

To make a transfer from the Capitalist payment system, you need to specify the number of tokens that you want to purchase in Octo Browser and generate a link to pay using the "Crypto" method. Next, open the generated link and choose BTC, ETH or USDT ERC-20. Copy the wallet and the amount to transfer funds. Go to the page https://capitalist.net/finance/payout and find the "Crypto Wallets" section. Next, select the coin you are going to transfer and fill in the payment details.

Capitalist Payment

Please note that when paying USDT, use only the ERC-20 network. Be sure to check the wallet address and the amount indicated by the link and copied into the Capitalist field. When paying with cryptocurrency, consider the internal rates and commission of the Capitalist payment system.
